This was a new find on our recent trip to Taos. I don't believe they had an IHOP in 2017 when we were last there. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. All 4 of our breakfast were different yet cooked to perfection (I like my bacon crispy). It was a nice, good and quick option one morning as we cooked breakfast the rest of our stay ourselves. I recommend it.

Not that ihop is great to begin with but this is by far the worst ihop I've ever been to... gross food and terrible apathetic service by the waitresses. He manager was really kind though.

I've come here about three or four times and had a good or great experience each visit. I come here mostly for the crepes which are cheap and filling. We've had Valerie as our server a couple times and she's wonderful. From the other reviews it seems it took them a while to get their stuff together but based on my recent visits they've accomplished that. It's IHOP. They're a chain. The employees aren't getting basic human rights like paid time off or healthcare benefits (no seriously, those are human rights enshrined in the declaration of human rights, look it up). It's illogical to come to a profit-driven place like this and expect superb quality. That's not how capitalism works. You should be grateful the workers don't spit in your food for what they make in this country. The food is good, particularly the sweet crepes and hollandaise sauce, and more then affordable for what you get. So yeah. It's IHOP, and it's a good IHOP. If you want cleaner floors and better service, treat workers like humans instead of livestock.

Service was good, the food definitely wasn't so great. My boyfriend had order a chicken fried steak with eggs, the steak tasted as if it was out all day. We had shared a combination plate the french toast and eggs which we're okay. I had ordered the steak tips with shrimp.. the only thing off the plate I had ordered that was really enjoyable were the french fries. Also the hash browns off the combination plate and my boyfriends plate were just horrid.

Worst IHOP I've ever been to. Pancakes were cold and hard which is ironic to say the least considering it's a restaurant known for pancakes. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.
